Book Access Tickets Online

If you do not have an online Hull Truck Theatre account you can create one by visiting the Account page, choosing 'Register Now', completing your details and selecting the relevant preferences when prompted.

If you already have an online account you can visit the 'Other Preferences' section in 'My Account' and select the relevant preferences:

'I require a wheelchair accessible space'

'I am a British Sign Language user'

'I am a caption user'

Selecting these options will allow you to book a wheelchair space or best view of caption screens/BSL interpreter seats online.

TIP - After selecting the above option/s in your account you may have to log out and back in again in order for the system to recognise your requirements.

ACCESS DISCOUNT -  If you have any access requirements and need an essential companion, in order to attend the theatre, you should email or call the Box Office so that we can ensure you receive our access discount online too.

----------

STEP 1

The most important thing to remember to do is LOG IN to your Hull Truck Theatre account before selecting the show/tickets so that the system recognises you as an access user.

You can do this by locating the 'account' icon and entering your email and password.

If you're using a mobile device the 'account' button can be found in the drop down menu.

If you're using a desktop computer or laptop the 'account' button can be found on the top right of the page, next to the shopping trolley and Box Office number.

TIP - If you have your screen set to over 100% magnification, you may need to scroll across the page to locate these icons.

----------

STEP 2

Once logged in, find the event you want to book for and click through to the seating plan.

Wheelchair spaces will be marked with the universal wheelchair symbol.

Essential Companion seats will be marked with the letter C, next to the wheelchair symbol.

Best view of caption screen seats will be marked with a square symbol containing the letters OC (which stands for Open Captions).

Best view of BSL interpreter seats will be marked with the letter B.

These are just our recommended seats and you don't have to choose them, you can buy any available seat in the theatre.

We will mark the location of the caption screens and the BSL interpreter on the seating plan, where possible, so you have this information available to you when booking.

TIP - On a desktop/laptop you can hover over an access space/seat (or a seat with an 'i' icon on it) to see more information about it. On a mobile device you will need to press and hold the space/seat for more info.

----------

STEP 3

You can now select the seat/space you require and put it in your basket.

----------

STEP 4

On the next page use the drop down menus, next to each ticket, to select the appropriate discounted ticket type (if required).

If you have already informed the Box Office that you require an essential companion, in order to attend the theatre, you can select a 'standard' ticket and a 'disabled' ticket which, when combined, will allow you to receive our access discount.

----------

STEP 5

Check out!
