Terms & Conditions for events at Hull Truck Theatre

1. Customers must respect any safety measures put in place by Hull Truck Theatre. These measures are under constant review and may change at short notice.

2. If you are unable to attend a performance, tickets can be exchanged for an alternative date of the same show or an online stream if available, providing you have contacted the Box Office more than 24hrs before the show. Any increase in ticket price must be paid at the time of transfer along with a £1.50 admin fee.

If the show you are booking for has only one performance we can attempt to sell on your tickets, provided we have 24hrs notice, and our own unsold tickets will take priority. If we are able to sell on your tickets you will be refunded minus a £1.50 admin fee.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned once the performance has started.

3. If a performance taking place at Hull Truck Theatre (including digital events) is rescheduled or postponed your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new time and date. Should this not be suitable, tickets can be credited to your Hull Truck Theatre account, donated to the theatre or a full refund given.

4. If a performance taking place at Hull Truck Theatre (including digital events) is cancelled for any reason, tickets can be credited to your Hull Truck Theatre account, donated to the theatre or a full refund given.

*If you are ONLY booking for a digital livestream or on demand show, points 3 and 4 apply.

Terms & Conditions for Treasure Island, Social (Middle Child)

1. Seating for this event is unreserved and Middle Child kindly ask that audience members fill the seats from the front. Spaces will be saved for BSL and wheelchair users, but these must be booked in advance to guarantee availability.

  • BSL users should select the appropriate ticket type when booking online and Wheelchair Users are asked to contact the Box Office as soon as possible after booking to reserve a space.

2. Audience members must respect any safety measures put in place by Social. These measures are under constant review and may change at short notice. Social and Middle Child will follow any updated Government guidance regarding Covid 19.

3. If you or a member of your party are unable to attend the performance, tickets can be exchanged for an alternative date of the same show (if available) providing you have contacted Hull Truck Theatre Box Office more than 24hrs before the show. Any increase in ticket price must be paid at the time of transfer.

  • If there are no other available performances we can attempt to sell on your tickets, provided we have 24hrs notice. Our own unsold tickets will take priority. If we are able to sell on your tickets you will be refunded minus a £1.50 admin fee.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned once the performance has started.
  • Please note: the Box Office closes at 5pm each day.

4. If the performance is cancelled, customers will be entitled to a full refund minus £1 per ticket admin fee and tickets will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Solidarity Tickets are not refundable.
