Terms & Conditions for all Hull Truck Theatre Events

1. If you are unable to attend a performance, tickets can be exchanged for an alternative date of the same show or an online stream if available, providing you have contacted the Box Office more than 24hrs before the performance. Any increase in ticket price must be paid at the time of transfer along with a £1.50 admin fee. Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned once the performance has started.

2. If a performance taking place at Hull Truck Theatre (including digital events) is rescheduled or postponed your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new time and date. Should this not be suitable, tickets can be credited to your Hull Truck Theatre account, donated to the theatre or a full refund given.

3. If a performance taking place at Hull Truck Theatre (including digital events) is cancelled for any reason, tickets can be credited to your Hull Truck Theatre account, donated to the theatre or a full refund given.

4. Hull Truck Theatre will follow any updated Government guidance regarding Covid 19 and related safety measures. Any changes will be communicated to bookers in advance of the performance.

5. For performances taking place at Hull Truck Theatre customers must respect HTT's safety measures, including a strong recommendation to wear face coverings when moving around the venue and maintaining social distancing where possible.

 

Terms & Conditions for Middle Child Rapunz'ull at Social

1. If you or a member of your party are unwell and unable to attend a performance, tickets can be exchanged for an alternative performance date, including an online stream if available, providing you have contacted the Box Office up to 24hrs before the performance. 

2. If a performance is rescheduled or postponed your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new time and date. Should this not be suitable, tickets can be exchanged to an alternative date (or for a digital event ticket, if available, gifted as solidarity tickets* or a full refund given.

3. If a performance is cancelled for any reason, tickets can be exchanged for a digital event ticket, if available, gifted as solidarity tickets* or a full refund given.

4. Middle Child will follow any updated Government guidance regarding Covid 19 and related safety measures. Any changes will be communicated to bookers in advance of the performance.

5. Customers must respect any safety measures put in place by the venue (Social) or Middle Child, including a strong recommendation to wear face coverings when moving around the venue and maintaining social distancing where possible.

*solidarity tickets will be gifted to local community/charity groups in Hull and enable them to attend a Middle Child performance. Solidarity tickets are not refundable.
