If you have booked for a show that has now been rescheduled your tickets have been transferred over to the new date. If the show consists of several dates then your tickets have been transferred over to the same DAY and TIME as you had previously booked, unless otherwise stated. If you would like a confirmation of the new date please email email@example.com.
If you previously received e-tickets you will be sent some new ones automatically. If you can't find these please contact the Box Office.
If you previously had tickets posted or selected to collect at Box Office, your tickets will be available to collect on the new date, before the show starts. If you would prefer us to send you e-tickets please email firstname.lastname@example.org to update your details.

If you have booked for a show that does not yet have a new date please rest assured that we are working closely with all visiting companies to reschedule. If you are happy to leave your tickets in the system we will contact you, by email (or telephone for those with no email), as soon as we have a new date. Please continue to check your spam/junk folders for any emails sent from HullTruck@arts-mail.co.uk or email@example.com. If you have the option to add these email addresses to your safe senders list, please do.

What if I can't make the new date?
If you booked for a show that was subsequently rescheduled and cannot make the new date, please email email@example.com with your Order ID (where available), booking surname, billing postcode and the name of the show. We can offer the following:
If it is more than 60 days before the new show date we can arrange a full refund to your original payment method. You can also accept venue credit if preferred.
If it is between 30-60 days before the new show date we can offer a venue credit. Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used towards future ticket, membership or gift voucher purchases.
If it is 30 days or less before the new show date our standard returns options apply. CLICK HERE for more info.
