Book Online
Book Your Tickets Online
We’re encouraging all visitors to book online in order to minimise face-to-face contact with Box Office staff.

If you cannot book online you can book by calling the Box Office on 01482 323638 or by popping in to the theatre. The Box Office is available Tue - Sat, 11am - 5pm and one hour before an evening show. If you have access needs and are unable to book online, via telephone or in person, please email and we will be more than happy to help.
Wash Hands
Wash Your Hands Regularly
Please keep your hands clean by washing them at regular intervals with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. All visitors are also encouraged to use our hand sanitation sta-tions which have been installed in various spaces around the building.
Face Covering
Wear a Face Covering
In line with government guidance with regards to face coverings indoors, we strongly recommend that you continue to wear one out of respect for fellow audience members, staff and visiting artists and companies when coming into the theatre, especially when arriving, leaving and moving around the venue.
Remember Tickets
Remember Your Tickets
When booking online you will be sent e-tickets. These can be shown on a mobile device (or printed if you do not have access to a mobile device) and will be scanned upon entry to the theatre. If you do not have an email address we can arrange for you to collect your tickets from the Box Office. We have fitted protective screens at the Box Office as an addi-tional safety precaution.
Keep Distance
Keep Your Distance
Whilst inside the building, please continue to keep a safe distance between yourself and others when moving around the theatre. We have graphics installed in some spaces to serve as a reminder, along with a one-way system to help you navigate the space safely. Staff will be on hand to offer support as and when needed.

Please remain in your seat during the performance. Should you need to leave the theatre during a performance, a member of staff will direct you to the safest exit. If we are unable to get you back to your seat safely, during a suitable point in the performance, you may be offered an alternative accessible seat.

We hope these safety measures give you the confidence and reassurance to visit us again soon to enjoy some unmissable live theatre.

Whilst every effort is being made to protect the safety and well-being of our audiences, we ask that all visitors thoroughly familiarise themselves with any new rules and personal responsibilities before a visit.

Thank you for your continued support.
