The Incarceration of Nellie Bly

154 Collective is a group of theatre makers, painters, animators, musicians, writers and photographers.  They create work in an array of artforms including theatre, exhibitions, publications, music albums and public art.

Hull Truck have supported 154 Collective in some early research and development as they seek to transition from small scale to midscale theatre with their show The Incarceration of Nellie Bly. The show promises to be a fascinating exploration of the life of the world’s first female investigative journalist.  You are invited to join 154 Collective as they share their initial show developments and talk about the process of up scaling their work.
