Prior to each relaxed performance there will be an allocated quiet space available for customers who may need a break from crowded areas or excessive noise. This space will also be available throughout the performance. Please see a member of the Front of House team on the day for more information.
We have a small number of ear defenders available which can be useful for patrons with auditory sensitivities. Please reserve a set with the Box Office ahead of your visit.
Alternatively please feel free to bring with you any items that usually assist in coping with busy or noisy environments - for example ear muffs, ear plugs or sunglasses.
Disabled & Essential Companion Discount
Patrons who identify as disabled and require an essential companion, to be able to attend the theatre, will be offered half priced tickets* when purchased as a pair. If your access needs require you to attend the theatre with more than one essential companion, or you have any questions regarding booking this concession, please call or email the box office to discuss how we can best provide a service that suits your needs. If it is your first time booking the half-priced access tickets, please contact us so that we can discuss your requirements and set you up with the facility to be able to book these tickets online or at the box office. If you do not need an essential companion ticket, but identify as disabled, you can still receive the cheapest possible ticket for that performance. These concessions are available online and at the box office.
*Half priced tickets are based on Band A, standard priced tickets for each performance, and are not available with special offers and packages.
