Infra-red Hearing System
The receiver is worn, like a stethoscope, in the ears with the Sennheiser logo facing away from your body. Both the volume and the balance can be adjusted by the wearer.
The receiver is worn around the neck, like a necklace, with the Sennheiser logo facing away from your body. Both the volume and the balance can be adjusted by the wearer. The receiver can be used with most T-Loop compatible hearing aids or with in-ear earphones/over-head headphones that have a standard aux connection if you would like to provide your own. Alternatively we do have earphones and a small number of headphones available.
IMPORTANT: If you would like to use one of our infra-read hearing systems we ask that you provide your own ear or headphones (standard 3.5mm connection) at this time. You can reserve your hearing system by contacting the Box Office in advance of the show.

The audio description and the touch tour were both amazing. It brought to life so many things i'd have missed out on.
Thank you for taking care of Polly [assistance dog]. I know she is in very good hands with you all, which leaves me to enjoy the shows. As usual the audio describer did a fantastic job bringing to life the whole show making it a truly enthralling experience. Thank you all.
