Disabled & Essential Companion Discount
Patrons who identify as disabled and require an essential companion, to be able to attend the theatre, will be offered half priced tickets* when purchased as a pair. If your access needs require you to attend the theatre with more than one essential companion, or you have any questions regarding booking this concession, please call or email the box office to discuss how we can best provide a service that suits your needs. If it is your first time booking the half-priced access tickets, please contact us so that we can discuss your requirements and set you up with the facility to be able to book these tickets online or at the box office. If you do not need an essential companion ticket, but identify as disabled, you can still receive the cheapest possible ticket for that performance. These concessions are available online and at the box office.
*Half priced tickets are based on Band A, standard priced tickets for each performance, and are not available with special offers and packages.

The nearest changing places toilet is inside St Stephen's Shopping Centre (link to changing places map) just a minutes' walk away from the theatre. There are two changing places toilets which have specialist facilities for severely disabled people and extra room for up to two carer’s. One is positioned on the toilet corridor, accessible from the ground floor of the shopping centre, and the other is on the lower ground floor near Tesco's car park.
Both facilities can be accessed with a RADAR key. Alternatively, you can ask one of the Customer Service Officers in the Shopping Centre to assist you in gaining access to the facilities or find one of the Customer Help Points located around the centre and press the Help button. These facilities are available 24hrs and the Customer Service/Security team are on site 24/7 to assist if necessary.
