When the bank calls time on their mortgage arrears, gambler Ricky and wife Trisha's world spirals out of control. Trisha's mother wants to split them up, and Ricky's plans to put things right have disastrous consequences. Then out of the blue, Ricky's best mate offers Trish a way out ...
