The Acoustic Strawbs

Acoustic Strawbs emerged out of the British Folk Movement of the mid-1960s, recording their first album, All Our Own Work, with Sandy Denny in 1967, before being signed by A&M Records as the label’s first British Band. Since the 1970s the line-up has been David Cousins, lead guitarist Dave Lambert and Chas Cronk.

Strawbs has a devoted and growing fan base thanks to albums including Grave New World, Hero and Heroine and classic songs such as Lay Down and A Glimpse of Heaven.
