We welcome ACCESS, VISA, DELTA and SWITCH, and charge no booking fee.
Tickets can be posted to you at an additional cost of 50p.

Tickets can be reserved but must be paid for within 4 working days of the booking, or no later than 48 hours before the performance. This only applies if the performance falls within the 4-day reservation period. All unpaid reservations will be automatically put back on sale.

IN WRITING
Please specify the show, the date and the time of the performance, along with the number of tickets you wish to buy and a contact name and your telephone number. We advise you to ring first to confirm availability. Cheques should be made payable to Hull Truck Theatre Company.

When making a group reservation, a date will be advised at the time of booking for the balance of payment to be made. Failure to meet this date will result in tickets automatically being released.

Special Discounts

Standby tickets can be purchased for £8.50 by those eligible for concessionary rates 30 minutes before the performance of Hull Truck productions on Tues- Fri only. Subject to availibility.

Concessions: Applies to under 21's and students, retired over 60's, and those receiving disability allowance or unemployment benefit. Proof of status is required on first purchase.

Exchanges & Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable. On occasion, tickets may be transferred to another Hull Truck performance at the managers discretion. Tickets will only be exchanged a minimum of 24 hours before the performance and an administration fee of £2.50 will apply.
No refunds will be given for tickets purchased prior to the announcement of a special offer.

Latecomers
Patrons arriving later than performance start time will not be guaranteed entry into the auditorium and may be required to wait until the interval to take their seat.
