Creative Learning prides itself on playing an intimate role within the community, working with a broad range of regional groups and organisations, as well as schools, colleges and universities. Our projects run according to a group's needs and wishes, with a strong emphasis on characterisation, improvisation, games and physicality work.
Inter@ct
This designated education space provides a great opportunity, not only for Creative Learning but for schools, local community groups and businesses, to be part of an exciting new venture.
Inter@ct is a versatile, purpose-built, interactive work space within Hull Truck Theatre on Ferensway. Equipped with smart board and IT facilities for formal teaching, it can also be used as an informal flexible space for practical drama workshops. Complete with changing facilities, Inter@ct can also be used as a rehearsal space.
Creative Learning has always had a dedicated outreach policy, working intimately within local schools and community groups. This will remain the case, and with the new building comes a greater opportunity to welcome schools and the community to experience the workings of a state-of-the-art professional theatre.
